Younger Girls Packing List

Medications

Clothing

Do not bring favorite clothes as campers will be messy and sweaty during the week. Appropriate bra and underwear must be worn at all times.

Modest shorts (fingertip length or 5-inch inseam)
Modest shirts/tank tops (no spaghetti straps or halter tops)
Long pants/athletic pants/scrubs (recommended for hike camptivity)
Sweater/hoodie/jacket
Socks and athletic shoes/tennis shoes/closed-toe shoes; due to camptivities, closed-toe shoes are required except at the pool
Crocs, swim shoes, or some other closed-toe shoes that can get wet more than once at games, i.e. kayaking
Modest one-piece swimsuit or tankini, and swimsuit cover-up (t-shirt and shorts will suffice)
Flip-flops for the shower and the pool
Pajamas
Rain gear
Hat and sunglasses

Necessities

Gift Shop & Missions Offering

Gift Shop/Canteen: Campers may purchase a variety of items from the gift shop, including drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. Gift shop is open in the afternoon, Monday-Thursday, and canteen is open in the evening, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Missions Offering: Campers may give to missionaries serving other cultures and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. For more information on this summer's mission focus, contact pinnacle@gabaptist.org.

During Monday check-in, campers deposit their cash into cabin boxes for safekeeping.
Campers' cash is available daily for gift shop and canteen visits and participation in the missions offering.
No money will be kept in the cabins. All unspent money will be returned to campers at the end of their session.
Campers average $25-$50 for the missions offering and gift shop/canteen (most snacks and drinks are $1 each).

Important Reminders

Personal Items

Label all personal items with camper's name. Any lost items may be returned. Shipping costs are charged to camper's financial account.

Check-in and Pick-up Times

For full weeks, check-in is on Monday afternoon and pick-up is on Friday morning. Parents receive specific times based on camper's cabin assignment.

Emergencies

Campers are not allowed to call home. The camp director or camp nurse contacts parents for emergencies. If parents have an emergency at home, they may call Camp Pinnacle at (706) 960-9643.

Camp Stamps

Parents may send emails by purchasing CampStamps via the Parent CampInTouch account. Parents may also choose to have their camper respond via email.

Camper Referral Discount

Invite a friend to receive a $20 referral discount

Criteria:

Referral discounts are only applied for each new camper attending any camp session.
Invited friends must include name of camper who invited them on their application.
Invitation extends up to 12 campers for up to $240 off.

Upon submitting the Referral Form, invitees will automatically receive an email with camp information and registration instructions.

"I love Camp Pinnacle because the activities are fun, and the cabins are all sorted by age, so everyone in the cabin is in the same age bracket, and there are so many camp songs. Color Wars games are enjoyable, too. The talent show is my favorite part, and the hike is long, but it's pretty at the top, but the time I did the hike there was a snake so we couldn't stay long at the top.
