Registration & Required Forms
- All forms and payments are due May 1. Registration is a first come, first served basis. Registrations will be accepted after May 1 as long as spots are available.
- Registration is complete when all required forms are submitted, and the balance is paid in full.
New families may create a Parent CampInTouch account to register girls for camp. The Parent CampInTouch account is an online platform for camp registration. Write down your login details because this is where you will go to complete registration.
Families of returning campers may login to their existing account.
Completing all required forms ensures we have the information to serve your camper well. For returning campers, most forms re-populate with the previous years' information.
- Activity Preference: Camper’s activity priorities (i.e. hiking, pottery, kayaking, etc.)
- Camper Profile and photo: Information about camper, physical limitations, or fears about staying away from home.
- Camper Release Form: Series of permissions and releases from the parent.
- Health History: Necessary information for camper’s medical and dietary needs.
- Login to the CampInTouch Parent Log-In page.
- Select the Forms & Documents link.
- Select each form title in the first column. All forms and payments are due on May 1.
- Some information re-populates every year (i.e. Camper Application and Health History/Immunization Form). Select “continue” through the form and submit.
- Some forms (i.e. Activity Preference) do NOT re-populate, as they are specific to each camp season.
CampMinder, our vendor for online registration, works best using Google Chrome for easier access and better compatibility. Contact CampMinder at (303) 444-2267 and follow the prompts for Parent Support.
Cabinmates
Register early to ensure requested campers are together in the same session. Each camper may request one cabinmate. Your camper and requested cabinmate must list each other.
Cabins are divided by ages and grades due to differences in maturity. If two girls of different ages want to room together, cabin assignment is based on the younger grade.
If there are an odd number of campers, they are placed in pairs with one group of three.
Grade and cabinmate request determine unit and cabin placement. Cabinmates are assigned at least one week before the session begins. Units are grouped by age and assigned a color as indicated below. However, this may vary based on number of campers and ages:
Younger Girls
- Unit 1 (Blue): 11-13 years
- Unit 2 (Red): 9-11 years
- Unit 3 (Green): 8-10 years
Teens
- Unit 1 (blue) 16-18 years
- Unit 2 (red) 14-15 years
- Unit 3 (green) 12-13 years

Medical Care & Dietary Needs
- A registered nurse stays on campus to provide all medical care to campers, and to advise the Camp Director if further treatment is needed at a doctor’s office or emergency room.
- The Health History form, completed by parents/guardians, notifies the nurse which prescriptions and OTC drugs are permitted.
- If a camper is ill or injured beyond a minor scrape, or if an issue requires a stay in the infirmary for more than an hour, parents will be contacted immediately at the phone numbers provided.
- If medical personnel determine additional attention is required, parents will be contacted and the situation will be discussed so the parents' wishes are carried out.
- In cases of an emergency, 911 will be called and the parents will be notified.
- Complete the Health History form, including the allergy list.
- Submit complete details on the Health History and Camper Profile about your camper’s dietary restrictions so we can provide the best care.
- If your camper's allergy is life-threatening or requires an EpiPen, communicate with the Camp Director prior to the beginning of the session at campdirector@camppinnacle.net or (706) 960-9643.
- Lice checks are conducted upon arrival on Mondays for each week-long program. At lice check, a staffer checks each girls' head.
- If any camper has nits or lice found in her hair, she will be sent home to be treated.
- If a camper is treated and cleared with a doctor's note, she may return to camp that week.
- If the camper is not cleared, we will work with her parent or church leader so she can return to a different camp session.
Health checks are conducted upon arrival for each camp session. At the health check, a staffer checks the temperature of each girl. If any camper has a fever, she will be sent home until she is fever free.
- Camp Pinnacle is not equipped to care for the girl who has an emotional, mental, or physical disability that would prevent her full participation.
- Campers requiring full-time assistance may benefit from attending Camp Hawkins, a unique overnight summer camp designed for children with special needs and other physical or developmental disabilities. Register online at georgiachildren.org/camp-hawkins.

- Two college-age staff lead a cabin with every 12-13 girls. Staff are hand-picked women who are walking with Jesus daily, and who desire to see girls know Christ and grow in their faith.

Camper Communication
Purchase CampStamps online and communicate in two ways:

- Login to your Parent CampInTouch account.
- Navigate to Your Account to purchase CampStamps. A credit card must be on file.
- Navigate to Online Community and select Email.
- When selecting eLetters, users are charged an additional CampStamp (or when selecting the box indicated ‘I would like a handwritten eLetter reply to this email’).

Due to the unpredictable delivery of mail, we recommend writing a personal note to your camper and including it with their personal items they are bringing to camp.
- To optimize campers' experiences, cell phones are not permitted.
- Campers are not allowed to call home. The camp director or camp nurse contacts parents for emergencies. If parents have an emergency at home, they may call Camp Pinnacle at (706) 960-9643.
