Camp Pinnacle Staff Information

At Camp Pinnacle, our purpose is to create an environment where campers can experience God.  We want our campers to hear, read, and respond to God’s Word and follow His plan for their lives. The staff at Camp Pinnacle help girls have a greater understanding of God and His mission while leading them in fun activities for the week!

Requirements to apply:

  • Media Team/Cabin Leader: Must be a at least a junior in High School, a growing follower of Christ, and an active member of a Southern Baptist Church. For cabin leaders, a year of college experience or work equivalent as well as experience leading children and/or students preferred.
  • Leadership Team: Must be at least 18 years old, a growing follower of Christ, an active member of a Southern Baptist Church, and have a year of college experience or work equivalent. Experience leading children and/or students and peers, and previous camp staff experience preferred.
  • All Staff: Must be certified in CPR/First Aid from a nationally recognized organization (such as American Red Cross)

Staff positions are paid positions including your meals, lodging, required camp shirts, and one round-trip mileage. We also cover additional certifications such as Lifeguarding, Archery, and Wilderness First Aid.
